Adidas and Reebok needed a way to continue their large-scale vendor meets during COVID restrictions. Traditionally, vendors from across India would gather physically to review products and place orders. With in-person events no longer possible, the need was to replicate this entire process through a digital platform.
The portal successfully replaced physical vendor meets, allowing vendors across India to participate remotely and place orders with ease. The platform was actively used for over 2 years, proving to be a reliable and scalable solution during and beyond the pandemic.
We designed and developed a comprehensive vendor management portal that enabled vendors to access product listings, explore new collections, and place orders remotely.
The platform included structured user flows for multiple vendors, secure login systems, and a backend admin panel to manage products, users, and order data. The interface was designed in Figma with a focus on clarity and ease of use, ensuring a smooth transition from physical to digital interaction.
